All patches come cut and ready to iron on. There’s a flat digitizing fee ($10–$15) for each new design.

After that, pricing depends on how many colors are used and how many times I need to hoop the design to finish your project.

Per 5×7 hoop:

• Simple (1–3 colors) – $6

• Moderate (3–5 colors) – $10

• Complex (6+ colors) – $15

Each hoop counts as one unit, no matter how many patches fit inside. For example, if two patches fit in one 5×7 hoop, that’s one hoop charge.

I can transform your favorite hoodie, tee, or tote into a custom masterpiece. Pricing is based on the complexity of the design and application method best suited for the garment.

If you need your items sooner than my standard turnaround a 20% rush fee will be added.

• Raw Event Cover – $200/hr

  • Single camera for archival, lecture, or internal records that don’t require a fancy edit or will be edited into other media.

• Social Starter – $750 Flat

  • Create a dynamic Instagram reel, TikTok, or business intros. Covers up to 90 minutes on site capturing footage and delivering the edited social video.

• Corporate Branding – $1000+

  • Great for website pages and “About Us” videos. Covers interviews and B-roll footage for brand story video and social media plugs.

• Private Parties / Special Events

  • Memory Keeper – $450
